Order Processing Time

• All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 working hours (excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase.

Pre-Orders

• For pre-orders, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver high-quality products to you.

Shipping Methods

• Orders within urban Lagos will be delivered within 24 hours.
• Orders within rural Lagos will be delivered by DHL within 1-2 business days.
• Orders outside Lagos State will be delivered via DHL Express within 3-4 working days.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
