The NBDA Steel Gift card will be delivered to the recipient’s inbox.
Any excess money on the gift card after purchase can be used for further purchases.
If the value of the product is more than the value of the gift card, the value will be deducted from the purchase at checkout.
The gift card can be redeemed within a 12-month period from purchase.
The gift card can only be used for online purchases.
For any returns, the value of the purchase will be returned to the gift card.
Order Processing Time
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 working hours (excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase.
Pre-Orders
- For pre-orders, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver high-quality products to you.
Shipping Methods
- Orders within urban Lagos will be delivered within 24 hours.
- Orders within rural Lagos will be delivered by DHL within 1-2 business days.
- Orders outside Lagos State will be delivered via DHL Express within 3-4 working days.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
